Artist Statement-
My Works are statements of my inner thoughts and emotions I feel strongly about and when they need an expression. So painting is a self-expression for me which helps me come out of the chaos in me. It's a journey to understand myself better and thus the human psyche .
To be able to represent the human conditions irrespective of borders , religion and geography is one important idea I carry with me . I like doing abstracts .
Bio -
Shruti paints in narrative-style . She received her Bfa in fine arts from Jamia University , Delhi, India. Her early interest in art took her to do fine arts even after working in web for some time . Her work often explores themes of her own relationship with the outside world drawing inspiration from nature and elements she uses to describe her emotions in an expressive way .
In addition to her studio practice, She is passionate about sharing her love for art with the community. She conducts workshops aimed at inspiring budding artists to explore their own emotional landscapes through painting.
